Our Dairy in the Classroom weekly lessons have started with Mrs. Virginia and two lucky students were chosen to represent two animals that give milk. Ethan was chosen to be a goat and Alexis was picked to be the Holstein. Along with a few fun activities to learn about milk production and what things can be made out of milk, the students also made butter in class and got to try it.
We have also done some farm activities with animals you may see on a farm and made cute barns for the hallway. We also made sight word flowers and hung them in the classroom.
